Ryan Hover coordinates project teams in complex litigation cases and performs economic analysis in the litigation areas of antitrust, insurance, intellectual property, and breach of contract. In his litigation work, he ensures liability evaluations and damages calculations are supported with rigorous empirical analysis grounded in a thorough understanding of the relevant industry and the case record. Ryan also has extensive experience consulting on behalf of the U.S. Postal Service, with particular expertise in productivity measurement and analysis. Ryan employs several programming languages for data preparation and statistical analysis, including Stata, SAS, and SQL. Prior to joining Christensen Associates, Ryan worked in the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, where he assessed the effectiveness of the Corporate Amnesty Program and supported investigations of proposed mergers.
Outside of work and family engagements, Ryan enjoys reading, running, chess, and piano.
