Jeff Cordray provides economic analysis in a number of litigation contexts, including antitrust, business and contract disputes, insurance matters, intellectual property (copyright, patent, trade dress, trade secrets, and trademark), and lost wages-related cases. Jeff has also been a guest lecturer on intellectual property damages at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Jeff has a strong background in accounting and statistics, in addition to economics. He has managed many complex litigation projects with multiparty defendants and plaintiffs, and has testified in approximately 40 cases.
