Ellie Roekle has more than 20 years of HR experience in a variety of industries–insurance and financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, staffing, and consulting. She is a strategic and tactical HR professional with experience spanning the HR lifecycle. She is recognized as a passionate and collaborative leader with the ability to assess and resolve a wide range of HR issues and situations. Ellie is a skilled project and change manager who aligns people, processes, and programs with business objectives and strategy. She is a strong relationship builder and communicator with expertise in leader and employee consulting, coaching, and group facilitation. At Christensen Associates she utilizes these skills to support recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, benefits administration, and planning company events. In addition, she handles internal operations tasks related to project administration, reporting, company communications, and building management.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and pets. She also enjoys watching her daughter play soccer at MLC, taking trips to Purdue to visit her son, cheering on the Badgers, Packers, Boilermakers, and MLC Knights, preserving memories through photography and digital scrapbooking, and traveling with her family.
