One of the founding partners of Christensen Associates in 1976, Dianne Christensen has practiced in all areas of the company, addressing a wide range of business issues in many industries. For over 25 years, she directed our firm’s consulting practice for the U.S. Postal Service. In this capacity, she supervised the research on a wide range of projects, including strategic planning, incentive regulation, productivity measurement, cost analysis, and surveys. In 2019, she was elected chair of the Christensen Associates Board of Directors. From this role, she oversees broad policies and objectives while continuing to work closely with the management team.
